What do I love most about cask-conditioned beer?
In a word, mouthfeel. There is nothing like the mouthfeel of a well-conditioned real ale. Silky. Smooth. Full. Not much carbonation to interfere with the pure tactile pleasure of this beer in your mouth. Served at a temperature that allows a seamless transition from glass to mouth and easy access to flavor.
How can we leave the UK and not drink this beer all the time?!
